Has your rabbit stopped eating?
This IS a medical emergency. It is imperative for your rabbit to eat.
When our rabbit went through this, I ran across some great resources that I wish to send your way.
Looking back, if I were to observe a diminished appetite, I would start first with feeding her a favorite treat: carrots are a great way to start for our bunny (I give 2-3 baby carrots).
This was also helpful if she ate a small bit of something that wasn’t the greatest for her to have eaten (fabric fibers, etc.). I wanted to make sure she had something in her tummy to help get things moving through her system. I made sure as well that she ate significant amount of hay throughout the day.
Please, respond rapidly if your bunny stops eating! It is a serious situation.
