Ever hear of POTS?

It stands for postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, which in simple terms basically means that one’s heart rate increases significantly from a lying/sitting position to a standing position.

POTS can also be a result of Lyme disease (as well as autoimmune diseases such as lupus).

It is a more common condition than you might think!
