How to make your own sports drink:

  • Using an 8 ounce bottle, add the following:
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1 tablespoon orange juice (concentrate)
  • Then, add water to fill the glass
  • Stir
  • Enjoy!

How easy is that!!!

(You can also make greater amounts, just keep ingredient proportions the same)
