In the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic, our thoughts, emotions, and beings were put to the test.

We did not have the normal catchnet of society and interpersonal relationships to help bolster the uncertainty we were facing.

Changes in employment, home structure, social interactions were thrown at us.

Yes, for Christians, we had a Rock to Whom we could run; yet some of the very important aspects of our life were shaken from us.

I like the perspective and input of this author.

She advocates CBT: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. For those of us in the autism realm, we are familiar with this term.

She applies it to writing an action plan for the concerns confronting one in a time of uncertainty.

In essence: If this happens, I will think this, and do that.

It really is a great idea!

It allows one the perspective to stand back, analyze while in a non-crisis situation, and then prepare for action.

I would like to add as a Christian, one should have the perspective of taking every burden to God and seeking His Divine plan for action in each step.
